Placement Services (One-2-One)

One-2-One placement service includes the transport and placement of the professional coolers at the points of sale, whether it is a first placement or a replacement. With the Placement Service our customers reach the point of sale at the moment the cooler is already installed so they can focus on the proper loading and effective merchandising of the products for immediate sales.

Our online management platform AMT gives access to our customers to detailed info about the location of their Coolers as well as series of reports based on historical data. 

A key advantage of the service is the immediate and fast placement of the coolers to the market according to the orders received by the customer. 

This service not only ensures their quick and immediate placement and installation but also minimizes the their loss in the market.

Contract Service

With this type of service we complete the signature of cooler contract with the end user the moment of placement at the point of sale.

Our service also allows our customers to download online through our platform AMT all their cooler contracts when they need them.

Storage Service

Storage service is one of the basic services we offer to our customers eliminating their handling and fixed warehousing costs allowing them to utilize their warehouse effectively by storing their products. 

Events Support

This service includes the delivery, placement, technical support of our coolers during any king of events our customers undertake as sponsors. 

Leasing service

The leasing service enables our customers to buy refrigerators through a rental program and not a purchase.

Through this service, our customers do not consolidate their professional refrigerators but actually rent them.

Withdrawal Service

The withdrawal service plan includes the purchase of new refrigerators with the withdrawal of old ones.

With this service, customers have the opportunity to benefit from a larger discount by withdrawing energy-intensive refrigerators from the market and to purchase new ecological professional refrigerators.

After Sales Support

Manufacturer Standard Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty accompanies every product of our company and is a commitment of good operation, construction, assembly and quality of materials, provided, that the correct installation, use and maintenance has preceded.

Labor and spare parts are fully covered by the company for the warranty period.

The company offers 7 (Seven) years anti-corrosion warranty for the cabinet.

Post Warranty

With the Post warranty service the customer can purchase additional coverage for our products by choosing the duration of the coverage as well as a list of services that accompany it.

The Post warranty service includes the good operation of the products and can be extended up to 10 years from the expiration of the Standard Warranty.

Call center

Intercool provides its customers with a Call Center Service for the management and routing of all service calls received from the market targeting their immediate resolution.

The experienced and specialized staff performs a first line technical support with the end users in order to make a correct diagnosis of the breakdown thus avoiding any possible error while at the same time they guide and inform customers about the correct use of the commercial cooler.

Intercool has invested in one of the most modern and fully equipped Repair Centers in Europe. Our Repair Centers in Greece and Italy can undertake the maintenance and repair of all types of Cooling and Air Conditioning Systems from the most common to the most technologically advanced.

Our Refurbishment Centers have the ability to inspect various types of refrigeration units, providing official and reliable reporting and performing fundamental technical upgrades.

On top we can carry out aesthetic and branding upgrades of many different types of refrigeration units, regardless of the manufacturer. 

Intercool Refurbishment Centers are fully equipped with the most modern and technologically advanced equipment and machines as well as experienced engineers, electricians, refrigeration technicians and quality control staff ensuring the excellent quality of work and services we provide.

Spare Parts Management

The spare parts management service is one of the main axes for the proper maintenance of refrigerators in the market and in our refurbishment centers.

In cooperation with our customers, we create the conditions through a detailed plan based on historical data in order to provide the necessary spare parts to maintain the functionality of the refrigerator in the market.
